Grandma & Grandpa Fast visit

Grandma & Grandpa Fast decided to do an end of summer "surprise" visit to see us. After visiting the bridge on Saturday I decided to take everyone on a short hike to a local swimming hole in the park that I had found a couple weeks ago. It was a total hit! We only wished we had brought our swimming trunks.


Micah had fun splashing around in the water. He was soaking wet by the time we were done.


Grandma showed Micah how to throw rocks & go pick them up. He had a little trouble when the rock would land in water that was a little deeper than his arm would reach...he was surprised when his face got wet trying to retreive the rock.


While he wasn't splashing in the water he was climbing on the rocks. I think I have a rock climber in the making :-)
